 Anthony "T.J." Van Horn, Jr., age 19, of Volin, SD, died of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident near Volin, SD on Wednesday, October 07, 2009. A Celebration of Life Service will be 10:30 AM, Monday, October 12, 2009 at Opsahl-Kostel Funeral Chapel, Yankton with Rev. Paul Opsahl officiating. Visitation will be 5-8 PM, Sunday, October 11, 2009 at Opsahl-Kostel Funeral Home & Crematory, Yankton with a 7:00 PM prayer service. Visitation will resume one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Anthony Wade "T.J." was born on August 31, 1990 in Manchester, N.H. He graduated from High School in California in 2008. T.J. was an employee at Taco Johns in Yankton and worked alongside his Dad doing tree removal, construction, roofing and various other jobs. His motto was "Follow the Stars" and he loved football. T.J. was an inspiration to many kids and we will deeply miss him.
His memory will be cherished by his parent's, Anthony Sr. and Melissa Van Horn of Volin, SD, and mother Deborah Suddjian of Marysville, CA; brothers: Keith of Meadowvista, CA, Dillion and Shane of Volin, SD; sister, Breanna of Volin, SD, and grandparents: Shirley Applegate of Manchester, N.H. and Polly and Franny Dunham of Hooksett, N.H.
