Deloris Repp, daughter of Edward and Cecelia (Schweitzer) Repp, was born on February 10, 1942. She was united in marriage to Nikolai Kotschegarow on July 12, 1960.

Grateful for having shared her life are her children: Beverly and Clifton Katz and their five children, Huron; Anita and Terry Wootton and their three children, Yankton; David and Lisa (Miller) Kotschegarow and their four children, Yankton; Julia Kotschegarow and her four children and two grandchildren, Yankton; Roger and Cindy (Gregg) Kotschegarow and their four children, Hutchinson, KS; Jason Kotschegarow, Sioux Falls; Greg Kotschegarow, Huron; Kathy Kotschegarow, Yankton; and one brother, Lawrence (Mary) Repp, Rapid City. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Nikolai, and her brother James Repp.

Deloris will be remembered best as a mother and grandmother. She put the needs of her children and grandchildren before her own and was always willing to help. She made sure that holidays and special occasions at grandma's house were filled with delicious food, laughter, and love. We were all blessed to have known and loved her, and although she is no longer with us, her spirit will live on in all her children. We are comforted knowing that Nikolai reached out his hand and took hers, and they are now reunited in Heaven. God bless you, Deloris, and may you finally find solace in rest.
