Hazel A. Klos, age 91 of Yankton, SD and formerly of Webster, SD passed away on Friday, October 14, 2011 at the Avera Sister James Care Center, Yankton, SD. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at American Lutheran Church, Webster, SD. The Opsahl-Kostel Funeral Home & Crematory, Yankton, is assisting with local arrangements.

Hazel is survived by 1 daughter, Diana Roth, 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
